Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate service agreements. We offer customized service packages tailored to your specific needs and requirements. All pricing is subject to change. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are specified in individual service agreements.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of business information. HAIS commits to: • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information • Not disclosing client data to third parties without consent • Implementing appropriate security measures to protect information • Entering into formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) when requested Confidentiality obligations are detailed further in project-specific agreements.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HAIS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these Terms of Service • Your violation of any rights of another party • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination: • Your right to use our services will cease immediately • Any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect • Outstanding payment obligations remain due Client data and deliverables are handled according to individual service agreements.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between the parties 2. Mediation, if negotiation fails 3. Binding arbitration or litigation in appropriate courts The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
